The Westwood Wolverines (Westwood, MA) basketball felled the host Norton Lancers (Norton, MA), 44-36 in Friday's league test.

The Wolverines (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Hopkinton (Hopkinton, MA). The Hillers go into the Tri-Valley test with a 4-1 record.

The Lancers now own a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bellingham for a Tri-Valley test on Tuesday, January 11. Norton will clash with a Blackhawks squad coming off a 58-19 league loss to Medfield (Medfield, MA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-6.
