Illinois High School Basketball - West tipped by DeKalb
January 20, 2014: DeKalb, IL 60115 The DeKalb Barbs basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting West Wildcats to 47 in the Barbs non-league triumph on Monday.
The Barbs now sport a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jacobs for a non-league contest on Monday, January 20. DeKalb will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 51-43 non-league loss to Hononegah (Rockton, IL). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 6-9.
The Wildcats (4-12) will now prepare for their contest against Bloomington (Bloomington, IL). The Purple Raiders enter the Big Twelve game with a 8-6 record.
