Garrett Railroaders (Garrett, IN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN), 44-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Garrett upgrades its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Railroaders host Angola (Angola, IN) to play the Hornets in a Northeast Corner bout on Tuesday, November 25. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Barons play the Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins (Fort Wayne, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 28. DeKalb will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
