October 15, 2005: St. Louis, MO In Saturday's league game, the Vashon Wolverines (St. Louis, MO) football team beat the visiting Soldan International Studies Tigers (St. Louis, MO), by a score of 32-6.
The Wolverines (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Gateway (St. Louis, MO). The Jaguars enter the Public High game with a 4-3 record. In their last game, Gateway notched a victory over Career Academy (St. Louis, MO), 41-0, in a league game.
Next up, the Tigers meet the Sumner Bulldogs (St. Louis, MO) in a Public High game, on Friday, October 21. Soldan International Studies will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Bulldogs enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 16-8 league win over Beaumont (St. Louis, MO).
