Fans at Sunday's non-league challenge between the St. Rita Mustangs (Chicago, IL) and the visiting Central Catholic Vikings (Pittsburgh, PA), saw St. Rita's basketball squad hold off Central Catholic by a score of 40-37.

With the victory, St. Rita improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs host St. Ignatius (Chicago, IL) to play the Wolfpack in a Chicago Catholic - North challenge on Friday, January 6. The Wolfpack come into the challenge with a record of 6-1.
