Michigan High School Basketball - St. Joseph beat South Haven
February 21, 2006: South Haven, MI 49090 St. Joseph Bears (St. Joseph, MI) fans were pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball team notch a victory over the host South Haven Rams (South Haven, MI), 63-43 in a non-league game.
The Bears now own a 12-5 record. They play next when they host Niles for a Southwestern Michigan West game on Friday, February 24. St. Joseph will meet a Vikings team coming off a 70-63 non-league win over Sturgis (Sturgis, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 9-7.
Next up, the Rams meet the Allegan Tigers (Allegan, MI) in a Wolverine B game, on Friday, March 3. South Haven will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 3-14 record after their 50-39 league win over Otsego (Otsego, MI).
