The Medina Bobcats topped the visiting Junction Eagles basketball team by a final score of 64-50 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Center Point Pirates (Center Point, TX) in a 1A-1 Region IV District 27 game, on Tuesday, February 4. Medina will attempt to move on its 8-16 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 1-10 record after their 52-26 league loss to Harper (Harper, TX).

With the defeat, Junction moves to 7-19 on the season. The Eagles host Mason (Mason, TX) to encounter the Punchers in a 1A-1 Region IV District 27 test on Tuesday, February 4.
