The Ventura Cougars basketball team (Ventura, CA), was nudged 48-42 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Inglewood Sentinels (Inglewood, CA)

The Sentinels now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Culver City for a Ocean battle on Wednesday, January 19. Inglewood will battle a Centaurs team coming off a 62-56 league win over Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Centaurs record now stands at 10-8.
