Colorado High School Basketball - Holy Family falls to Kent Denver
January 27, 2011: Englewood, CO 80113 The Kent Denver Sun Devils basketball team scored 50 points and held the visiting Holy Family Tigers to 36 in the Sun Devils league triumph on Thursday.
The Sun Devils now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manual for a 3A Metropolitan contest on Saturday, January 29. Kent Denver will meet a Thunderbolts team coming off a 66-51 league loss to Englewood (Englewood, CO). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 7-4.
The Tigers (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Broomfield (Broomfield, CO). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 15-1 record. In their last contest, Broomfield ran past Thompson Valley (Loveland, CO), 75-30, in a league contest.
