October 31, 2014: Moriarty, NM 87035 Moriarty Fighting Pintos (Moriarty, NM) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Grants Pirates (Grants, NM), 41-34 in a league test.
With the win, Moriarty improves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Fighting Pintos travel to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Chargers in a 5A District 5 test on Saturday, November 8. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 3-5. Albuquerque Academy lost 42-14 in their recent league test against St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM)
With the loss, Grants moves to 4-6 on the season. The Pirates travel to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Sartans in a 5A District 5 test on Thursday, November 6. The Sartans go into the test with a record of 7-2. St. Pius X won 42-14 in their recent league test against Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM)
