Match Summary
Circle Christian School played their final regular season match vs Colonial HS Lady Grenadiers for a Senior Night battle at the Willow Creek Gymnasium. Circle took an early 7-5 lead but could never distance themselves from the Grenadiers as they went on a 4-1 run to overtake and win the set one 19-25. In set two the Centurions came out on fire taking a 23-16 lead before claiming the win 25-20. Set three was another thriller as Circle once again jumped to an early 9-2 lead before the Lady Grenadiers began chipping away at the lead by going on a 7 point serving run tying the set at 17-17. Colonial surged to a 24-20 lead when Junior Julia Osborne stepped back to serve bringing the Centurions to within one point before siding out to give the Grenadiers the win 23-25. The loss was too much for the Centurions as the loss the set 7-25. The Lady Centurions were led by #3 Senior Outside Hitter Crystal Bare with 9 kills, 1 block, 8 digs and Freshman Setter #8 Tristynn Stroup with 30 Assist.
