Georgia High School Basketball - Duluth prevails St. Pius X Catholic
November 20, 2012: Duluth, GA 30096 Duluth Wildcats (Duluth, GA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA), 48-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Duluth upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA) to encounter the Lions in a 7-AAAAAA bout on Friday, November 30. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
Next up, the Golden Lions encounter the Wesleyan Wolves (Norcross, GA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, November 21. St. Pius X Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 61-57 non-league loss to Creekview (Canton, GA).
