October 10, 2014: Madison, WV 25130 The Wayne Pioneers (Wayne, WV) football routed the host Scott Skyhawks (Madison, WV), 40-7 in Friday's league bout.
In their next game, the Pioneers clash with the Hoover Huskies (Clendenin, WV) in a Cardinal bout, on Friday, October 17. Wayne will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 4-2 record after their 34-14 league loss to Sissonville (Charleston, WV).
The Skyhawks (5-2) will now prepare for their bout against Tolsia (Fort Gay, WV). The Rebels enter the Cardinal bout with a 2-5 record. In their last bout, Tolsia walloped Roane County (Spencer, WV), 7-6, in a non-league bout.
