Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Houston Christian Mustangs (Houston, TX), 48-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Prestonwood Christian upgrades its record to 30-8 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Trinity Christian (Addison, TX) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 28. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 28-10. Trinity Christian won 49-48 in their recent non-league bout against Bishop Lynch (Dallas, TX)
