Georgia High School Basketball - Tucker overwhelms Forsyth Central
January 20, 2009: Tucker, GA 30084 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Tucker Tigers (Tucker, GA) and the visiting Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA), saw Tucker's basketball squad trounce Forsyth Central by a score of 67-37.
With the victory, Tucker improves its record to 7-5 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to North Springs (Atlanta, GA) to battle the Spartans in a 6-AAAA challenge on Friday, January 23. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 7-10. North Springs lost 72-45 in their recent league challenge against Marist (Atlanta, GA)
Next up, the Bulldogs battle the Southwest DeKalb Panthers (Decatur, GA) in a 6-AAAA challenge, on Friday, January 23. Forsyth Central will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 81-56 league loss to Miller Grove (Lithonia, GA).
