The Benet Academy Redwings basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Downers Grove South Mustangs to 50 in the Redwings non-league victory on Saturday.

The Redwings now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Champaign Central for a non-league contest on Monday, January 19. Benet Academy will battle a Maroons team coming off a 54-48 non-league win over Huntley (Huntley, IL). The Maroons record now stands at 9-9.
