The Indianapolis Cathedral Fighting Irish basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Arlington Golden Knights to 48 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Friday.

The Fighting Irish now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Chatard for a Freelance contest on Tuesday, February 1. Indianapolis Cathedral will confront a Trojans team coming off a 53-33 league loss to Brebeuf Jesuit Prep (Indianapolis, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 7-6.

The Golden Knights (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Guerin Catholic (Noblesville, IN). The enter the non-league contest with a 8-8 record. In their last bout, Guerin Catholic was crushed by Heritage Christian (Indianapolis, IN), 60-53, in a league bout.
