Illinois High School Basketball - IC Catholic Prep nudges St. Laurence

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the IC Catholic Prep Knights (Elmhurst, IL) basketball squad nipped the visiting St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL), by a margin of 58-55.

The Knights (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Timothy Christian (Elmhurst, IL). The Trojans go into the non-league outing with a 8-9 record. In their last outing, Timothy Christian was tipped by Glenbard South (Glen Ellyn, IL), 59-52, in a non-league outing.

The Vikings now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to St. Joseph for a Chicago Catholic - North outing on Friday, January 23. St. Laurence will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 64-62 league win over Fenwick (Oak Park, IL). The Chargers record now stands at 15-3.
