The Redwood Giants basketball team scored 42 points and restricted the host Tamalpais Hawks to 34 in the Giants league victory on Tuesday.

The Giants now sport a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to San Rafael for a Marin County contest on Friday, January 16. Redwood will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-49 league loss to Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-16.

The Hawks (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Drake (San Anselmo, CA). The Pirates come into the Marin County contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Drake beat San Marin (Novato, CA), 50-43, in a league contest.
