Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the East Lincoln Mustangs (Denver, NC) and the visiting Bessemer City Yellowjackets (Bessemer City, NC), saw East Lincoln's basketball squad overcome Bessemer City by a score of 59-44.

With the victory, East Lincoln improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Lincolnton (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Wolves in a 2A/1A Conference 13 challenge on Friday, December 18. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Lincolnton lost 43-40 in their recent non-league challenge against North Gaston (Dallas, NC)
