The Lincoln East Spartans held off the visiting Pius X Thunderbolts volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Spartans now have a 11-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league test on Monday, October 25. Lincoln East will confront a Links team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE). The Links record now stands at 2-25.

The Thunderbolts (19-9) will now prepare for their test against Burke (Omaha, NE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 16-9 record.
