California High School Football - North Tahoe crushed by West Wendover
August 27, 2011: Tahoe City, CA 96161 West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) fans left the game content Saturday as they saw their football team rout the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA), 54-13 in a league test.
With the triumph, West Wendover improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to White Pine (Ely, NV) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league test on Friday, September 2. The Bobcats come into the test with a record of 1-0. White Pine won 40-0 in their recent non-league test against Milford (Milford, UT)
With the loss, North Tahoe drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Lakers host Meadows (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league test on Saturday, September 10. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-1. Meadows lost 50-12 in their recent non-league test against Boulder City (Boulder City, NV)
