Washington High School Football - Yelm drops to Enumclaw
September 3, 2010: Yelm, WA 98597 In Friday's non-league game, the Enumclaw Hornets (Enumclaw, WA) football team knocked off the host Yelm Tornadoes (Yelm, WA), by a final score of 40-14.
The Hornets (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Union (Vancouver, WA). The Titans come into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Union was dropped by Bellevue (Bellevue, WA), 20-6, in a non-league game.
The Tornadoes now hold a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tumwater for a non-league game on Friday, September 10. Yelm will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 27-21 non-league loss to Olympia (Olympia, WA). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 0-1.
