Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) and the host South Mountain Jaguars (Phoenix, AZ), saw Seton Catholic's basketball squad overcome South Mountain by a count of 46-36.

With the victory, Seton Catholic upgrades its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Sentinels host Tempe (Tempe, AZ) to play the Buffaloes in a II Section III challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Buffaloes come into the challenge with a record of 5-16. Tempe lost 52-37 in their recent league challenge against Campo Verde (Gilbert, AZ)

Next up, the Jaguars play the Arcadia Titans (Phoenix, AZ) in a II Section III challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. South Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 16-5 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 18-2 record after their 66-15 league win over Coronado (Scottsdale, AZ).
