Miller Rebels (Fontana, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA), 57-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Miller upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rebels travel to Stern (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 13. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Scorpions clash with the Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA) in a non-league game, on Monday, December 15. Hesperia will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record.
