The Huron River Rats (Ann Arbor, MI) basketball crushed the host Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI), 60-29 in Friday's league test.

The River Rats (17-1) will now prepare for their test against Saline (Saline, MI). The Hornets go into the Southeastern - Red test with a 8-9 record.

The Pioneers now own a 13-5 record. They take the field next when they host Bedford for a Southeastern - Red test on Tuesday, March 1. Pioneer will clash with a Kicking Mules squad coming off a 59-53 league loss to Ypsilanti (Ypsilanti, MI). The Kicking Mules record now stands at 6-12.
