Texas High School Basketball - Martins Mill prevails Harmony
December 11, 2008: Ben Wheeler, TX 75754 Martins Mill Mustangs (Ben Wheeler, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Harmony Eagles (Big Sandy, TX), 35-25 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Martins Mill upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, TX) to encounter the Indians in a non-league bout on Friday, December 12. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 7-6. Jacksonville won 49-47 in their recent non-league bout against Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX)
Next up, the Eagles encounter the Life (Red Oak, TX) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 11. Harmony will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The go into the bout with a 2-5 record after their 55-21 non-league loss to Wortham (Wortham, TX).
