Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Rincon Rangers (Tucson, AZ) and the host Sunnyside Blue Devils (Tucson, AZ), saw Rincon's basketball squad overcome Sunnyside by a score of 65-51.

With the victory, Rincon improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Rangers travel to Liberty (Peoria, AZ) to clash with the Lions in a non-league test on Monday, December 27. The Lions go into the test with a record of 4-4.

The Blue Devils now own a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain View for a 5A Southern test on Tuesday, January 4.
