Texas High School Basketball - Burbank tops Winn
December 4, 2014: Eagle Pass, TX 78852 Burbank Bulldogs (San Antonio, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Winn Mavericks (Eagle Pass, TX), 52-37 in a non-league battle.
The Bulldogs now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Navarro for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 4. Burbank will confront a Panthers team coming off a 76-44 non-league loss to Marion (Marion, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
The Mavericks (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Navarro (Geronimo, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Navarro beat Hondo (Hondo, TX), 65-55, in a non-league battle.
