The Sherwood Bowmen basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Hillsboro Spartans to 46 in the Bowmen league victory on Friday.

The Bowmen now sport a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Glencoe for a 5A Northwest Oregon contest on Tuesday, February 16. Sherwood will meet a Crimson Tide team coming off a 52-18 league win over St. Helens (St. Helens, OR). The Crimson Tide record now stands at 16-6.

The Spartans (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against St. Helens (St. Helens, OR). The Lions come into the 5A Northwest Oregon contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, St. Helens was defeated by Glencoe (Hillsboro, OR), 52-18, in a league contest.
