Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Northshore Panthers (Slidell, LA) and the visiting Metairie Park Country Day Cajuns (Metairie, LA), saw Northshore's basketball squad trounce Metairie Park Country Day by a score of 49-17.

With the victory, Northshore improves its record to 6-2 on the campaign. The Panthers host Fontainebleau (Mandeville, LA) to battle the Bulldogs in a 5A District 7 challenge on Friday, January 7. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
