The Marion Center Stingers basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Ligonier Valley Rams to 35 in the Stingers league triumph on Friday.

The Stingers now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to United for a Heritage contest on Tuesday, February 11.

Next up, the Rams play the Jeannette Jayhawks (Jeannette, PA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 10. Ligonier Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Jayhawks come into the bout with a 11-11 record after their 53-41 non-league win over Derry (Derry, PA).
