The Cactus Shadows Falcons basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Saguaro Sabercats to 23 in the Falcons league victory on Friday.

The Falcons now sport a 7-8 record. They play next when they host McClintock for a 4A Desert Sky contest on Tuesday, January 11. Cactus Shadows will meet a Chargers team coming off a 52-47 non-league win over Tempe (Tempe, AZ). The Chargers record now stands at 6-8.

The Sabercats (6-10) will now prepare for their contest against Agua Fria (Avondale, AZ). The Owls come into the non-league contest with a 0-8 record. In their last contest, Agua Fria was routed by Copper Canyon (Glendale, AZ), 47-32, in a league contest.
