Texas High School Football - Porter drops to Summer Creek

In Saturday's league game, the Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX) football team knocked off the visiting Porter Spartans (Porter, TX), by a final score of 28-0.

The Bulldogs (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Humble (Humble, TX). The Wildcats come into the 4A Region III District 18 game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Humble was dropped by Willis (Willis, TX), 17-14, in a league game.

The Spartans now hold a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they host Caney Creek for a 4A Region III District 18 game on Friday, November 4. Porter will battle a Panthers team coming off a 21-20 league win over New Caney (New Caney, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 1-8.
