September 18, 2009: Rantoul, IL 61866 In Friday's league match, the host Rantoul Eagles football squad scored a good 40-12 victory over the University Pioneers.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Pontiac Indians (Pontiac, IL) in a Corn Belt match, on Friday, September 25. Rantoul will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 49-7 league loss to Rochester (Rochester, IL).
