Perrydale Pirates (Amity, OR) backers left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Jewell Bluejays (Seaside, OR), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Pirates battle the Country Christian Cougars (Molalla, OR) in a 1A Casco match, on Tuesday, October 18. Perrydale will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record.

With the loss, Jewell drops to 7-10 on the campaign. The Bluejays travel to Oregon School for the Deaf (Salem, OR) to battle the Panthers in a 1A Casco match on Monday, October 17. The Panthers come into the match with a record of 0-1.
