The Pinconning Spartans football squad scored 30 points and restricted the host Tawas Area Braves to 27 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.

The Spartans now possess a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Notre Dame Prep for a non-league battle on Friday, October 15. Pinconning will play a Fighting Irish squad coming off a 41-3 league win over Cranbrook Kingswood (Bloomfield Hills, MI). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 2-5.
