Franklin Central Flashes (Indianapolis, IN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Center Grove Trojans (Greenwood, IN), 47-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Franklin Central upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Flashes travel to Columbus East (Columbus, IN) to encounter the Olympians in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 4. The Olympians come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Trojans battle the Southport Cardinals (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 3. Center Grove will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
