October 2, 2014: Jackson, KY 41339 The Magoffin County Hornets football squad scored 57 points and restricted the host Breathitt County Bobcats to 49 in the Hornets league victory on Thursday.
The Hornets now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson County for a 3A District 7 battle on Friday, October 10. Magoffin County will face a Generals squad coming off a 42-14 non-league loss to Leslie County (Hyden, KY). The Generals record now stands at 0-7.
