October 3, 2009: Prineville, OR 97754 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Crook County Cowboys (Prineville, OR) and the visiting West Albany Bulldogs (Albany, OR), saw Crook County's volleyball squad beat West Albany by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Crook County upgrades its record to 10-2 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Thurston (Springfield, OR) to play the Colts in a non-league bout on Saturday, October 3. The Colts go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Thurston won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Churchill (Eugene, OR)
The Bulldogs now own a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Dallas for a 5A Mid-Willamette bout on Monday, October 5. West Albany will play a Dragons squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, OR). The Dragons record now stands at 2-6.
