The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Mountain View Spartans (Mountain View, CA) and the visiting Gunn Titans (Palo Alto, CA), saw Mountain View's volleyball squad beat Gunn by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Mountain View upgrades its record to 15-15 on the year. The Spartans travel to Los Altos (Los Altos, CA) to play the Eagles in a Santa Clara Valley - De Anza bout on Tuesday, November 1. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 21-10. Los Altos lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Sacred Heart Prep (Atherton, CA)

The Titans now own a 11-15 record. They play next when they host Lynbrook for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 29. Gunn will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Santa Clara (Santa Clara, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 15-6.
