Tonight was a nail biter! The girls struggled to get everything together, but they managed to make it happen. They lost the first game 17-25, won the second game and third games 25-15 and 25-16, lost the fourth game 26-28, and won the fifth 16-14. If you notice any extra grey hairs tomorrow, it’s the girls’ fault! I am still trying to research some volleyball history, but I know for sure that this is the first time in at least seven years that Varsity has had a winning record for the District games!! Way to go girls!
Lakeisha McNair has broken her own school record, once again! She broke her previous record of 22 kills in one match, with 23 tonight!
