California High School Basketball - Mt. Eden overwhelmed by Las Lomas
December 27, 2013: Walnut Creek, CA 94596 The Las Lomas Knights basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Mt. Eden Monarchs to 29 in the Knights non-league victory on Friday.
The Knights now sport a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Concord for a non-league contest on Monday, December 30. Las Lomas will battle a Minutemen team coming off a 64-52 non-league win over Alhambra (Martinez, CA). The Minutemen record now stands at 9-3.
The Monarchs (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA). The Ugly Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Clayton Valley Charter was routed by Heritage (Brentwood, CA), 74-64, in a non-league contest.
