The PCM Mustangs held off the host Pella Dutch basketball team by a score of 60-54 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Mustangs now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson-Scranton for a Heart of Iowa - Large battle on Tuesday, January 10. PCM will meet a Rams team coming off a 71-62 non-league loss to Grandview Park Baptist (Des Moines, IA). The Rams record now stands at 5-7.

The Dutch (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Grinnell (Grinnell, IA). The Tigers come into the Little Hawkeye battle with a 6-2 record. In their last battle, Grinnell edged Norwalk (Norwalk, IA), 56-48, in a league battle.
