Farmington Tigers (Farmington, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Shakopee Sabers (Shakopee, MN), 57-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Farmington upgrades its record to 13-6 on the season. The Tigers host Red Wing (Red Wing, MN) to play the Wingers in a Missota bout on Tuesday, February 17. The Wingers go into the bout with a record of 7-10. Red Wing lost 51-40 in their recent non-league bout against River Falls (River Falls, WI)

Next up, the Sabers play the New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) in a Missota bout, on Tuesday, February 17. Shakopee will attempt to improve on its 13-6 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 14-5 record after their 52-47 league win over Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN).
