October 19, 2012: Sherman, TX 75090 The Sherman Bearcats topped the visiting Royse City Bulldogs football team by a count of 56-28 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, Sherman improves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Lovejoy (Lucas, TX) to battle the Leopards in a 4A Region II District 13 test on Friday, October 26. The Leopards come into the test with a record of 7-0. Lovejoy won 54-30 in their recent league test against Denison (Denison, TX)
With the loss, Royse City drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Wylie East (Wylie, TX) to battle the Raiders in a 4A Region II District 13 test on Friday, October 26. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 5-2. Wylie East won 42-17 in their recent league test against Greenville (Greenville, TX)
