In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) baseball squad the visiting Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ), by a final score of 6-2.

With the win, Saguaro upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Sabercats host Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ) to battle the Bears in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 7. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Bradshaw Mountain lost 16-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Paradise Valley (Phoenix, AZ)

With the defeat, Sunrise Mountain falls to 3-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Kofa (Yuma, AZ) to battle the Kings in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 10. The Kings come into the challenge with a record of 3-3.
