Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Chichester crushes Octorara Area
January 6, 2012: Boothwyn, PA 19061 Chichester Eagles (Boothwyn, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Octorara Area Braves (Atglen, PA), 53-32 in a non-league challenge.
With the victory, Chichester improves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Penn Wood (Lansdowne, PA) to play the Patriots in a Delaware Valley challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 2-6.
Next up, the Braves play the Unionville Indians (Kennett Square, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Octorara Area will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 7-5 record after their 33-31 non-league loss to Avon Grove (West Grove, PA).
