Game Summary
The Huskies and Pioneers battled all game long on Friday afternoon, as Horizon came out of top of this battle taking the season series with the Pinnacle 3-1. Watching these two evenly matched teams should prove thrilling over the next few years!
Strong hitting with runners in scoring position, and good outfield play by Adrienne McCullough, Hannah Wall, and Kaitlyn Kemppainen helped the effort. Jordan Wehr and Avery Denekamp battled back a number of times on the mound as the Huskies got out of three situations with runners on first and second, no outs, reletively unscathed.
The Huskies polish off a 3-0 week with the road win at Pinnacle. Great job girls!!!
