The Grand Saline Indians basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the visiting Anna Coyotes to 54 in the Indians non-league victory on Thursday.

The Indians now sport a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Burleson for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 11. Grand Saline will meet a Elks team coming off a 47-22 non-league win over Pottsboro (Pottsboro, TX). The Elks record now stands at 10-6.

The Coyotes (6-6) will now prepare for their contest against Ferris (Ferris, TX). The Yellowjackets come into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Ferris was nudged by Ford (Quinlan, TX), 57-43, in a non-league contest.
